We have just started a greenfield development. This project is as green as you get:

• New team
• New infrastructure
• New source control server
• New build servers

The company has several established technologies in play, and value the ability to rapidly change. Scaling this to a team-based approach needed consideration of how to organise the team and which methodology to use to deliver.

This project is going to be a product with a cradle to grave lifecycle, and the team is going to own everything from writing the code through to the classic 3 am phone calls to fix stuff.
